The international science news service Science Nordic has published an article about the Biosmart project.

Senior researcher Magnar Forbord at Centre for Rural Research and Vibeke Stærkebye Nørstebø from SINTEF is interviewed about how Biosmart will conduct research in order to enable a bioeconomic transition.

“We’ll need different sectors to work together, and this means breaking down the current barriers between the agricultural, forestry and aquaculture sectors”, Vibeke Stærkebye Nørstebye says.

Science Nordic is an source of knowledge about research in the Nordic countries established by forskning.no and Videnskab.dk. The service has 300,000 visits a month, and countries with the most visits are USA, UK, Canada, Australia, India, the Netherlands, Germany and Spain.
